These terms cover the JobSwipe app and this website. Using either one means you agree to them. The privacy policy explains what we do with your information.

Who can use it

You must be old enough to agree to a paid subscription where you live, and at least 16. You use JobSwipe for your own job search, not to apply on behalf of someone else without their permission.

Your resume and your answers

• You are responsible for the resume, profile, and answers you provide. If something is wrong, fix it before you approve a submit.
• You keep ownership of your resume and the answers you write. You give us permission to store them, draft from them, and send them to an employer when you apply.
• A right swipe queues an application. Questions the agent is unsure about, and forms that need a person to press submit, wait in the Inbox until you approve them. If you turn off the setting that asks you first, drafted answers may go out without a separate confirmation. Browser forms that need a person to press submit still wait for you.
• Drafts can be incomplete or wrong. Read them. We are not responsible for an application you approved, or for one sent after you turned that check off.

Acceptable use

• Do not submit information you know is false.
• Do not use the app to flood employers with applications you would not stand behind.
• Do not interfere with the service, probe it, scrape it, or try to get at another person's data.
• Do not resell access or run the agent for other people as a service.

We can suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.

JobSwipe Pro

• You can browse the deck without paying. Applying, the agent, and the approval Inbox require JobSwipe Pro.
• Apple or Google bills the subscription. The price, the period, and the renewal terms are shown in the app before you confirm. There is no free trial.
• A subscription renews until you cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account, at least 24 hours before the period ends. Deleting your JobSwipe account, or deleting the app, does not cancel the subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their rules. We do not receive your card number.

The service can fail

Employer sites change, listings expire, and a submit can fail. When we know a submit failed, the app should show a reason rather than pretend it went out. We do not guarantee that a queued application will be delivered, or that a listing is still open.

Our intellectual property

JobSwipe, the app, and this website belong to their operator. These terms do not give you any right in our name, design, or software beyond using the product. You may not copy the service or present it as your own.

Disclaimers and liability

JobSwipe is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, including that the app is fit for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent the law allows, Cosmo Labs Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for hiring decisions, lost chances, or lost income, arising from your use of JobSwipe. Some places do not allow these limits. In those places, the limits apply only as far as the law allows.

Changes and ending access

We can update these terms, and we can change or stop parts of JobSwipe. The date at the top changes when the terms change. If you keep using the app after an update, you accept the new terms. You can stop by deleting your account and cancelling any subscription in the store.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India. If you are a consumer elsewhere, you may also have rights under the laws of your country that these terms cannot waive.
