These terms govern your use of SkinScore. By using the app, you agree to them. Please read the health notice carefully.
Important health notice. SkinScore is an informational and educational tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. A Skin Score estimates how well a food fits a general skin goal; it is not a clinical assessment of your skin, your diet, or the food itself. Skin and diet responses vary between people. Always consult a qualified professional, such as a dermatologist, about your skin and before making any health or dietary decision. Never disregard or delay professional advice because of something you read in SkinScore. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.
Using SkinScore
- You may use SkinScore for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the food you scan or enter and for how you interpret and act on the information SkinScore provides.
- You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in unauthorized ways.
Purchases and payments
- SkinScore offers an optional paid subscription, SkinScore Pro, billed by Apple or Google.
- SkinScore Pro renews automatically and continues unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
- Prices, billing periods, and any free-trial terms are shown in the app before you buy. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
AI-generated content
SkinScore uses AI to read foods from your photos and barcodes. AI output can be incomplete or wrong. A food may be misidentified or its facts estimated. Treat the result as a starting point for making choices, not as a source of truth, and verify anything important with a qualified professional.
Intellectual property
SkinScore, its content, and its design are owned by their operator and protected by applicable law. The data you enter remains yours.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
SkinScore is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of SkinScore is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any health or dietary decisions made in reliance on the app.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms or change, suspend, or discontinue parts of SkinScore at any time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of SkinScore shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
