Using Prova
- You may use Prova for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for how you interpret and act on the information Prova provides.
- You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in unauthorized ways.
Purchases and payments
- Prova offers optional paid features, billed by Apple or Google.
- If a purchase renews automatically, it continues unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
- Prices, billing periods, and any free-trial terms are shown in the app before you buy. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
AI-generated content
Prova uses AI to read reports and generate explanations. AI output can be incomplete or wrong. Treat it as a starting point for understanding, not as a source of truth, and verify anything important with a healthcare professional.
Intellectual property
Prova, its content, and its design are owned by their operator and protected by applicable law. The data you enter remains yours.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Prova is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of Prova is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any health decisions made in reliance on the app.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms or change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Prova at any time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of Prova shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
